Im in the market for some new boots and Im hoping to get some ideas. Right now Im leaning toward the Lowa Tibet GTX Hi. I have crap for ankles so I want something with solid ankle support. I love my Lowa Renegade GTX so Im pretty sure Ill like the Tibets. My only gripe is they are a bit on the heavy side at 4.2lbs. Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had the Lowa Alpine SL GTX boots? I have been a long time Lowa Tibet GTX Hi user and have been happy with them but as everyone knows they are a bit heavy. I have some renegades as well that I use for light hikes , so in general I have been happy with Lowa Products and the two that I have fit my feet well. Hope ya’ll are doing well. I picked up a pair of 6” Lowa Renegade GTX boots; but having second thoughts on them for my first CO high country archery hunt.
